How to add a Featured Listing

To add a Featured Listing to your website, follow these steps:

1. Click Listings from the left hand menu
2. Click Add New
3. Select the Complex where the building is located from the drop down list
4. Enter the MLS Number
5. Enter the Listing Brokerage
6. Enter the Unit Number
7. Enter the Square footage
8. Enter the Street Address
9. Enter the list Price (format is integer - no commas or dollar sign)
10. Enter Annual Taxes (format is integer, as above)
11. Enter the Tax year on which Annual Taxes are based
12. Enter # Bedrooms
13. Enter # Bathrooms
14. Enter the listing description/comments
15. Press Save Listing
16. Add photos by clicking "Add Photos to Listing"
17. Select the Homepage photo by clicking "Homepage" after uploading
18. Put the listing "online" by clicking the button in the online column of the Listings admin page
19. View the listing to ensure there are no errors or omissions
20. If you wish to feature the listing on the homepage, click the "homepage" button on the Listings admin page
