How do e-mail notifications work when users submit an inquiry?
The way the auto response works:
- When a user submits a “Private Viewing” request or “More Info” request, they will receive the "Email auto response" if it is enabled in the admin system (right hand menu)
- When a user subscribes to a building or area/neighborhood, they receive a different auto response (describing the subscription, etc). This message can also be customized, however that is something we can do for you. If you wish to customize this subscription message as well, please subscribe to a building as a test to see what the current message is. Then let us know what the customization should be and we will do that for you.
