I know that there are MLS listings in a particular building/complex that are not showing on the website. How do I fix this?
There are a variety of reasons why this might happen. Please check the following (in sequence):
- Confirm that the building/complex is in the correct sub-area
- Confirm that the address for the building/complex is correct
If after confirming these items, listings are still not appearing after 24 hours, please complete a support request and identify the MLS number(s) of the listing(s) which should be appearing on the site. A support representative will investigate and get back to you as soon as possible.
